We have a holistic approach to the education of our students where we seek to provide a well ordered, respectful, caring, happy, healthy and secure atmosphere where the intellectual, spiritual, physical, moral and cultural needs of the pupils are identified and addressed. 

We take great pride in providing a stimulating learning environment and in fostering a love of learning in the children.

The school prides itself on sporting pursuits, playing Hurling, Football, Basketball, Soccer, Tag-Rugby, Swimming to name but a few. 

We also take part in following Sport initiatives : 

Active Schools Week, Sports Day, Step into Spring Steps Challenge, Cork City Sports Day, C25K, The Golden Mile , Orienteering, Relays Take Over...

We also pursue a wide range of other initiatives like :

Scór na bPáistí, Green Schools, Active Schools, Coding, Quizzes, Spelling Bee, Book Fairs, Seachtain na Gaeilge,  Health Promoting School, Europe Day, JEP , STEM, Curious Minds, Blue Star, BFGtoEU, eTwinning ...etc
